Catie Miller

Biography

Catie Miller is an accomplished operations leader, where she leads strategic initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, resource allocation, and leadership engagement across the Emory enterprise. With extensive experience in program development, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, she partners with clinical and administrative leaders to implement innovative solutions that support Woodruff Health Sciences Center’s mission of advancing health through exceptional care, education, and research.

Throughout her career, Miller has built a reputation for developing and leading complex programs that improve organizational performance and strengthen stakeholder engagement. Her leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, enabling teams to navigate change while delivering measurable results.

Prior to joining Woodruff Health Science team, Catie was the Executive Director of the Office of the Senior Vice President for Advancement and Alumni Engagement, where she directed strategic engagement and facilitated the relationship strategy for Emory’s principal and transformational donors. Over her career, she has successfully developed and managed programs designed to enhance the student experience, foster alumni engagement, and build lasting institutional partnerships.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Miller is actively engaged in professional and community organizations. She is a member of ATLeaders (Metro Atlanta Chamber) and on the state finance committee for P.E.O./GA. She has served as president of the Georgia Tech DeKalb Network, the General Chair of the Georgia Chapter of PEO Convention, and remains involved with organizations dedicated to advancing leadership development and access to higher education.

Miller earned her bachelor's degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and later completed graduate studies at the University of Georgia.
