IDASTP Application

Eligibility

• Intended research should fit within the framework of the program.

• Student needs to be beginning 3^rd or 4^th year of program.

• Student must be admitted to IMP, PBEE, EHS, EPI or MMG programs.

• Enroll in Integrating Study and Control of Infectious Disease Across Scales course as either a pre- or co-requisite. This course is also referred to as the IDAS Seminar Series and will be offered every spring semester. 

• The program will seek applications from faculty to become members if their student is admitted to the program but the mentor is not yet a training member.

Application Submission Requirements

Submit a full application through the online PORTAL.  Application includes the following:  

• Application Letter (1-2 pages explaining how applicant research fits into across infection disease across scales research)

• Transcript (unofficial)

• Two letters of recommendation from program faculty (1 from advisor)

• Curriculum Vitae

Application Deadline

Trainee and Award of Distinction applications are due April 3, 2024.
