Help make a doctor

Doctor wearing stethoscope

Come August, the class of 2014 will arrive.

They will be at the bedside of patients in their second week, thanks to the School of Medicine’s new curriculum. Six weeks into their first year, they will learn how to give an entire physical exam. Central to these efforts is a stethoscope. For the past three years, M1 students have received a stethoscope provided by alumni. For 138 expected students and $90 per stethoscope, the fund needs more than $12,000. To make a gift, please visit www.emory.edu/give, select School of Medicine and type Stethoscope Fund under "Other Designation."
