How are they related to other fish, and what can their DNA tell us about other species? A recently discovered virus may play a role in prostate cancer, but the virus also may be susceptible to antiretroviral drugs. Emory scientists in seven labs are at the epicenter of efforts to uncover the role of XMRV in prostate cancer development and progression.
