In conjunction with Air Methods Corporation, Emory provides medical oversight for four Emory Flight helicopters
from centers in metro Atlanta, Griffin, Jefferson, and Cartersville that cover Georgia and surrounding states. The helicopters are on 24-hour standby to lift critically ill patients to the closest appropriate hospital.
