The development of WHSC Comprehensive Centers (CCs) is a strategic approach designed to create nationally recognized multidisciplinary and interprofessional programs in research, education, and quality health care delivery across departments and schools, and with partners in healthcare, research and education.

The Comprehensive Centers are charged with the developing patient-focused and integrated care models, enhancing collaboration between investigators and clinicians, and translating innovations that will benefit patients.
