Pam Auchmutey is the editor of Emory Medicine and Public Health magazines. She has more than 20 years of experience at Emory, having served as editor of the campus newspaper, Emory Report, and as publications manager for the Carter Center. In 2005, she received an award of excellence in feature writing from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. She is past president of the Southeast Chapter of the American Medical Writers Association. Auchmutey holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Georgia State University.
