VOLUNTEERS WITH HIGH CHOLESTEROL NEEDED FOR EMORY STUDY


CALENDAR LISTING:

Adults over 18 who have high cholesterol (with an LDL-C of 160 mg/dl or higher) may be eligible to participate in a study beginning at the Emory University School of Medicine. The study will compare the effect of two different doses of an already marketed drug.

Qualified participants will be asked to make about 10 visits over a nine-month period to The Emory Clinic, Building A, 1365 Clifton Rd., N.E., Atlanta. Parking costs will be reimbursed and volunteers will receive medication, office visits, lab tests, dietary advice and all other study procedures at no charge.
