EMORY HEALTHCARE will provide low-cost HeartCheck screenings at selected clinic locations. The screenings will include: blood pressure and cholesterol screenings, weight and nutrition counseling, and consultation with a registered nurse. HeartCheck screenings will be provided at a low-cost fee at the following locations:
