Endocrinology researchers at the Emory University School of Medicine are beginning to study a new, investigational treatment for diabetes that is different from all medications now on the market.



If you have adult-onset (Type II) diabetes and take neither medication nor diabetes pills, you may qualify.



Participants receive physical examinations, electrocardiogram, laboratory tests and study medications free-of-charge. Eight visits to Emory over a seven-month period will be required. Volunteers will be compensated for their time.
